There are lots of options when it comes to a plastic surgeon for a breast augmentation, especially in the Dallas area. After meeting with several other doctors, I chose to go with Dr. Kelling for several reasons. I felt he really listened to my concerns and answered all my questions with attentiveness. He made sure I understood the process and all the things to expect so there were no surprises. His staff is so friendly and professional. You are always greeted with a smile. My surgery went well and although I am still in recovery, I am beyond happy with my results. This being such a big decision, I am very happy that I chose to go with Dr. Kelling.

From the moment I walked into Dr. Kelling’s office each person was so professional, kind and friendly. Dr. Kelling listens and hears out your concerns, he is interested in you as the patient and makes time to understand your needs. Now, I had a breast reduction and lift after years of back pain, arthritis in my neck and prolonged discomfort. My life has drastically changed within moments. I was referred to Dr. Kelling for lipoma removal, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the experience. From the initial consultation, he was truly patient centered and took the time to listen, especially since this was my very first surgery and I was super nervous about anesthesia. Despite performing many major procedures, he treated my small case with the same level of care and importance. On the day of surgery, he made sure to check in with me, and he even called later that evening, which meant so much. I am incredibly grateful to have been referred to him. I had a two inch diameter hole in my face to close after skin cancer surgery. Dr. Kelling did an outstanding job, and quite simply gave me my face back.
