Any woman considering cosmetic procedures, hormones, peptides, new and emerging treatments, and anything related to anti-aging, health and longevity NEEDS to go see Dr. Perlman. This doctor is a rare hidden gem that is open minded and actually listens to you, and answers all your questions. Out of any doctor I've ever seen in my life, he is by far the best with staying on top of the newest and latest research, studies, treatments, etc. Also, I've never had a doctor so stringent in vetting everything first and actually testing it on himself, before offering it to his patients. Every product, service, treatment, procedure, prescription, etc. that you get from him you know that he or his wife has personally tested it first. I discovered him from a sales lady at a high end shoe store, I was there shopping and we started talking about our health, we were both going through the same thing, no energy, unexplained weight gain in weird places, no motivation, mental fog, and had turned to self medicating with wine at night. She used to compete in triathlons, and had gotten so bad she had to quit her job and stayed in bed all day. I had also just quit my job for the same reasons, no energy or mental capacity anymore. She then told me how a friend referred Dr. Perlman to her and how he changed her life within 1 month with his treatment. This sales lady convinced to book an appointment with him, that was a year and a half ago, and I can honestly say he changed my life too. I feel normal again, he checked for everything in my initial labs first, before prescribing any treatment, to see if I had vitamin deficiencies, hormone/peri menopause issues, thyroid levels, screened for autoimmune issues and thyroid, and all other body systems. By the way, very reasonable priced, less than $200 for my initial labs and visit. He is conservative and careful with his treatments, checking your labs first, and also testing everything on himself and wife before giving to patients, but he is also very progressive and cutting edge, not afraid of peptides as well as other things like exosomes, mesenchymal stem cells, etc. He also offers some micronutrient and genetic testing, which I am going to try next time. He is my go to trusted doctor that I am not scared to discuss anything with, a true hidden gem!

Dr. Perlman and his staff are a top notch professional team. They keep you informed and navigate you through the cosmetic surgery process seamlessly. I went in for a partial face lift - the results far exceeded my expectations! The recovery process was easy and drama free. I love my new look! my family and friends have all complimented me on the results and consistently noted i do not look like I just had surgery! I would highly recommend that you seek Dr. Perlman for any aesthetic procedure you are considering.

I have been seeing Dr.Pearlman for many years for hormone replacement and I can’t say enough nice things about the hormones and Dr. Pearlman. The hormones are life changing, especially for sleep and mood, and Dr. Pearlman is the most caring doctor I’ve ever seen. Also, his office staff is VERY helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Pearlman.

Dr. Joseph Pearlman at Advanced Plastic Surgery Center did a fantastic job on my breast augmentation!
