Dr was very nice. When I called & made my initial appointment I had no problem. A cast was put on my hand. I was told to make an appointment to have my cast removed in 2 weeks. The appointment was made for 6 weeks later. I called the next day when I discovered the mistake. It took over a week to correct it.

Accurate follow-up for a complication Dr. Desai operated on my wrist. As he continued with pain, he knew how to investigate thoroughly, found arthritis in new X-rays and clearly explained the need and details of a second surgery (CMC arthroplasty). Professional and direct.

An excellent experience with Dr Desai! He is efficient while still answering all questions, I appreciate his directness and clarity while still being friendly. The rest of the staff works in the same way, very knowledgeable and responsive. I wish I didnt have the injury in the first place, but I have had the best possible care with Dr Desai and his team.
