Dr. Horton and her team go above and beyond! Kind, interested, caring and excellent care and service. From Autumn at the front desk to Nillo who make you feel welcomed, to Dr. Hortons no nonsense manner combined with compassion and care, you cant get better than this! THis is coming from someone who ran their own medical practice for 42 years!

I highly recommend Dr. Horton for an implant removal. My experience was the following: 1. Easy! My procedure was done in-office, outpatient with local numbing. 2. Fun! Yes, this sounds weird but I had laughing gas, couldn’t feel a thing, and chatted with the female staff the whole time, (even sang and got to pick the music!). 3. Successful. My breast retracted quickly, my scaring healed really well and fast. I got exactly what I wanted and didn’t think it would turn out this well after a decade of pretty large implants. 4. Minimal pain. I never even took my pain meds. I took Advil for two days and that was it. Overall, I truly feel like it was the best money I’ve ever spent and I couldn’t be happier with my results. The staff is great, Dr. Horton is kind and incredibly professional. You couldn’t go wrong choosing her.

Dr. Horton delivers a truly elevated, concierge-level experience. From the very beginning, everything was handled with intention, professionalism, and a high level of personal attention. She is clear, thoughtful, and extremely knowledgeable, which made the entire process feel both organized and reassuring. Her staff is outstanding. The office runs seamlessly, and the level of service is exactly what you would expect from a full-service concierge practice. Communication was prompt, scheduling was effortless, and every interaction felt attentive and respectful. Thank you Niloo!!

Although I had been “considering” breast surgery for way too long, I knew within the first 10 minutes of my consultation with Dr. Horton that I was going to go for the surgery. I also knew I did not have to meet with anyone else! Not only is Dr. Horton a recognized surgeon in her field, as well as a lovely person, her team are the bomb!! From the amazing and welcoming front office staff to her medical team I was given first class treatment all the way! That first class treatment continues with my aftercare. The only regret I have is not doing the surgery sooner. I absolutely recommend Dr. Horton and her professional, knowledgeable and caring team.

I saw Dr. Horton for a consultation about possible lower bleph surgery to address my under-eye bags. She was incredibly friendly and personable and took the time to get to know me before diving into my concerns. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she was never judgmental. Dr. Horton was completely honest in her assessment and told me she didn’t think I needed any work done on my face, but took the time to educate me on what sort of prep I would have to do if I elected for any sort of plastic surgery. She was also upfront about the fact that she does not perform a large number of lower bleph surgeries (she’s mostly done upper), and did not think that she would be the right surgeon for my concerns but offered the name of two other surgeons if I wanted to get a second opinion. I did not expect this level of transparency going into the consultation, and I think this says a great deal about Dr. Horton as a person and practitioner. She also cautioned me about the risks of using filler in my lower eyelid area, explaining that it can sometimes make things look worse rather than better. I really appreciated her honesty and integrity—especially since it would’ve been easy to suggest something unnecessary. I also want to mention Niloo and Autumn at the front desk—they’re both so kind and helpful. I was originally scheduled to see Emily for Botox (she works with Dr. Horton in the same office) and asked if it might be possible to fit in a consultation with Dr. Horton the same day because I didn’t want to make an extra drive to their office. Niloo somehow managed to make it happen (with very short notice) and scheduled me to see both Emily and Dr. Horton back-to-back. While this review is focused on Dr. Horton, I’d feel like I’d be doing a disservice if I didn’t mention how amazing Emily is. Emily is hands-down the best Botox injectors in SF. She’s gentle, precise, and has such an eye for natural balance. Her awards, like the one from SFGATE recently, is absolutely well-deserved.
