Dr Karol Gutowski is a sculptor!!! There are no words to express my deep gratitude. His kindness, knowledge, wisdom, dedication and positive spirit have been a blessing to me Since childhood I allowed society define me—how I should look, how I should carry myself, even how I should feel about my body. I never loved myself or believed I was beautiful. Instead, I fed my mind negativity, always focusing on the flaws rather than the good. I went through weight loss surgery and still didn’t loose weight. Then the doctors said I have Lipedema so it will be hard to loose the fat. Finally after lot of web searching I found Dr. Gutowski, he said my legs can reduce for the first time after my initial surgery… everything changed. Finding Dr. Gutowski truly saved my life. Over the years, I was losing more and more mobility, and my body was changing at an alarming rate. Just having my legs treated in April2025 gave me so much movement back. I was able to hike for 4 miles and walk 10k steps every day! 4 months later on August 25th I went through another surgery. It’s been transformative: i am a different person altogether. I feel more energetic, my posture has improved, I can’t put into words how grateful I am to Dr. Gutowski and his team for changing my life. He is truly a great surgeon difficult to part with and impossible to forget!!!

Dr. Gutowski is an exceptionally skilled, and kind plastic surgeon! My 16 YO son was is a bad accident with significant lacerations from his eyebrow to his chin. We are so fortunate Dr. Gutowski was the trauma surgeon on call! He did a phenomenal job stitching him up, taking extra time in surgery to make sure it was the best it could be. Since then, we've been following up at his impressive Glenview office where his staff is warm and nurturing. While he is busy, with the way he responds, you'd think you are his only patient - with prompt communication and clear answers. His dedication to my son has been beyond anything we could have hoped for. The outcome shows in my son's healing! This doctor is truly a gem and we will always be grateful for his treatment and care.

Came here for scar revision from a mole removal by an inexperienced "dermatologist" gone wrong! The office was Phenomenal. Dr g is super kind, empathetic and patient. I was a bit intimidated because everyone in there is so put together but they made me feel included with no judgement. The staff is super kind as well and very patient. I appreciate Dr g's honest and forwardness as well. He's also reasonably priced and gives me a "dad vibe" which is comforting. I will trust the rest of my procedures with Dr. G anytime. Thank you so much for everything. Also, I have a connective tissue disorder so many surgeons had turned me down but Dr. G was well versed in my conditions (ehlers danlos,pots,mcas), so he was prepared just in case the Local anesthesia did not work. Not only that, but he knows I'm a fainter with needles and anything with local and he gave me some time to recollect myself. Super compassionate. Very patient and I appreciate his bedside manner. Mind you I went to six other places here in Chicagoland including Niles and I did not get the same treatment and felt very uncomfortable. I would literally trust this man with any other procedures going forward. Don't give up when looking for a good surgeon that meets your needs. Also I like that when you pay for the consultation, the consultation money goes towards the next procedure if booked with in 3 months which is plenty of time to make a decision. It was worth the wait to have my "body renovated" by board certified Dr Karol Gutowkski. I have had three life changing surgeries with him starting in June 2022 and finishing in February of 2024. His attention to detail is phenomenal and his bedside manner, care and concern for his patients is world class. Everyone on his staff from Ellen on is very easy to work with. His pricing for cosmetic aspects is very fair. I am more comfortable in my body, more active, and happier with my life in general thanks to "Dr. G's" training and skill.

Dr. Gutowski is absolutely remarkable. He was my first and only consult for my breast lift. I felt super confident with him and felt that he really cared about my needs/wants. Surgery day came and his office called to make sure I was all set for the surgery. Ellen is also amazing and super nice. On surgery day it went super smooth, wasn't in a lot of pain, everyone made sure I was comfortable. Dr. G called me the next day to follow up. During my healing process I had a stitch break, I sent Dr. G a text with pictures and he instantly responded what to do and saw me at his office next morning. I will definitely go back to Dr. G for any future needs.
