Dr. Nowillo has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and empathy throughout my recovery process. Her compassionate and understanding nature has left a lasting impression on me. While I am disappointed that Optum will no longer cover my insurance, I remain hopeful that a positive resolution will be reached and they will reconsider their decision. Dr. Nowillo is an incredibly caring, empathetic, patient, experienced and talented surgeon. I previously underwent several procedures by another surgeon at a different hospital, and experienced many complications and setbacks in my breast reconstruction journey. After this experience, I became very cautious and nervous moving forward with a new surgeon. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Nowillo. From my very first consultation with her, I found that she has an excellent bedside manner. She listened to my history, and made sure I felt comfortable and heard. She is honest, realistic, and explained every step of the process. I felt relieved and confident in moving forward with her. She has performed two surgeries on me - both of which have exceeded my expectations and gave me the results I had always hoped for. She follows up with me every couple of weeks, and takes her time with me in every appointment. Overall, it has been a positive experience and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Nowillo is very thorough and caring with her patients. She did an excellent job with my abdominoplasty and panniculectomy. I highly recommend her! She changed my life for the better.

I am 6MPO reduction, It’s life changing and I still can’t believe this is my body! Dr.Nowillo and her staff were so wonderful, she did make me lose weight to lower my BMI before she would do surgery, but it honestly was a benefit and b/c of it recovery was much easier than I expected, and safer for going under anesthesia. Dr.Nowillo is soft spoken, kind, and amazing at what she does! I had a minor complication and she made sure to explain everything to my husband, as I was still groggy, and her nurses had called a few hours after we were home to check on me. I saw her many times the first few weeks and each time they were so great to me and even if she was running behind schedule, she still spent time with me to answer all of my questions and never rushed me! My husband had not met her prior to surgery, but he was very impressed with her and her staff. This was a great experience and I would recommend her to anyone thinking about a reduction!

Caution: I would like to apologize for not posting my review sooner. I had my first breast surgery in 2020. Unhappy with the outcome, I had my second surgery in 2022. After multiple scar visions and procedures she left me deformed. My right breast is bigger and sags down. My last appointment with her was in August 2024. I paid over $11,000 to ruin my breast. Although her reviews were horrific, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I regret it every day. All of these amazing reviews are FAKE. And how do I know I gave her the idea, another mistake. All of the bad reviews are REAL. Stay away Or you’ll regret it too.
