My mom went here for an appointment and was treated as if her problem wasn’t a big deal, not only was the lady unprofessional but she said there was no point in any surgery because it would just “leave her with tons of scars” she did not try to find a solution and I don’t believe she cared enough to find a solution. When my mom asked questions they wrote that she was “argumentative” on her chart. No patients should feel like they aren’t able to ask questions about their treatment especially when they are in pain.

At my last hope.

I was told back in July of 2022 that I would need a double mastectomy due to carrying the BRACA gene and being diagnosed with ovarian cancer. My chances of also developing breast cancer were 78%. I live in Reno Nevada and unfortunately I was assigned a plastic reconstructive surgeon that I didn’t approve of due to the fact that the general surgeon only used him. My worst nightmares came true. I ended up with four emergency surgeries my final results were nothing but large deformities in my chest area especially on the right. I was recommended to see Dr. Kathleen Holoyda. I was so impressed with her she explained how she could help but never over promised there was a lot to do to fix my problems I had. She is very professional and yet so approachable and kind. I am now six days post op and I’m so happy so far with my results. DR. Holoyda I’m so glad I found you and thank you for all you’ve done for me.
