I had a terrific experience at Ladner Facial Plastic Surgery. From the initial consultation, through the pre-op appointments, the day of surgery, and follow-up care, every interaction was top-notch. Dr. Ladner is extremely skilled, and very personable. He and the entire staff put me at ease throughout the process. The morning of my surgery, things were very calm and I felt confident I was great hands. I would also like to mention, Dr. Ladner works with a dedicated board certified anesthesiologist who also helped put me at ease. I am thrilled with the results of my blepharoplasty and neck lift. In fact, the results exceeded my expectations. The outcome looks natural and fresh - exactly what I hoped for. I had an amazing experience with Carolyn, aesthetic nurse injector at Ladner Facial Plastics. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to listen to my goals and explained each step of the process clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in her care. I had lip filler, a lip lift, and Sculptra done, and the results are beautifully natural and balanced. My lips look fuller and more defined without looking overdone (no one can tell but me), and the overall improvement to my facial harmony is exactly what I was hoping for. Wonderful experience. Amazing staff. Had a great experience with my facelift beginning to end. Dr. Ladner is a genuinely kind man as well as great at what he does. He has surrounded himself with people that are both kind and knowledgeable. I had some serious issues from a previous procedure and he had an entire game plan in place to ensure the best possible outcome. It worked flawlessly! Would definitely send friends and family here.

Dr. Ladner’s team is absolutely exceptional. I had been improperly injected with filler by another practitioner and was in a lot of pain when I contacted their office. Caroline spent a generous amount of time on the phone with me, clearly explaining what needed to be done and reassuring me that they could help. They brought me in right away, and once I arrived, Shannon walked me through exactly what was happening and how she planned to correct it. The dissolve was quick, effective, and nearly painless. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, kind, and truly dedicated to patient care. I highly recommend this team.
