Dr. Kenty Sian is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Fresno, California, with over 27 years of experience and fellowship training in aesthetic surgery. He earned his medical degree from the University of the Philippines Manila College of Medicine, graduating in the top fifth of his class, and completed general surgery residency at SUNY Health Sciences Center Brooklyn and an integrated plastic surgery residency at Indiana University. Dr. Sian is one of the few plastic surgeons in California's Central Valley with additional aesthetic surgery fellowship training, which he completed under the late Dr. John Q. Owsley in San Francisco.
