Dr. Ary Kraus and his staff are incredibly professional. The doctor is an exquisite perfectionist, kind, and caring. I can't find the words to express my gratitude for his excellent work. He has brought joy back into my life, as I feel wonderful after he performed the removal of my silicone breast implants, which had become encapsulated. I feel like a new woman thanks to him. I chose Dr.Ary Krau to do my lift and implant surgery due to his results shown on ig and cg cosmetics as well. My surgery was March 2023. I traveled from NYC and surgery went well. My scar were great and I was told that it’s takes at least 3 months for the implants to drop. At the 3 month mark I started to notice that my implants slide into my armpits when I lay flat on my back. I began to express my concerns through the app he uses to communicate. They told me to come in at my 6 month mark to see what’s going on. Through my own research I knew I had lateral displacement. I made my appointment to see Dr Kari specifically. When I got there they told me he was still in surgery and that I would be seen by his PA. The second she looked at my breast she confirmed that I did have lateral displacement. She said she would take pics and go show Dr. Krau while he was in surgery …. Weird but ok. She came back a few minutes later and told me that he said I would need to REDO the whole surgery over. Ofcourse I was concerned because it’s not an easy recovery and also I knew I would at least have to pay for anesthesia again. Meanwhile let me tell you I didn’t go cheap on the implants or the internal bra that o paid extra for. Why wasn’t the surgery done correctly in the first place?? The PA told me someone would reach out with details about payment and scheduling. When I got back to NY his coordinator messaged me and told me that I would have to pay $5,500 to keep the same implants or $7,500 if I wanted new one. INSANEEEEE since I already paid $11,700 for a botched job. Why should I have to repay for work that was not finished. Because he didn’t close the pocket correctly??? It very uncomfortable to lay back now without a bra since I feel the implants sliding into my armpits. I never thought he would be so unprofessional and be okay with leaving me (his patient) this way. I chose not to go back. Why would I?

I had a breast explant with Galaflex support followed by implants placed under the muscle with Dr. Krau, and the entire experience was truly amazing from start to finish. He listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I asked for, amazing results that I feel so confident in. I’m honestly blown away by how minimal my scars are. I can hardly believe how well they’ve healed. The attention to detail and surgical skill really show in the outcome. Just as important, the staff was exceptional at every step. From the front desk team to the after care support, everyone was warm, responsive, and professional. I always felt cared for and well informed throughout the process and recovery. It was easy to get a hold of the staff if I had any questions. This was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and I’m so grateful to Dr. Krau and his entire team.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. George Kamel at GK Plastic Surgery is truly amazing! When I was in the hospital with my baby and we received her diagnosis, Dr. Kamel came right away — even after a long day in the operating room — to meet her and examine her. It was such a stressful and scary time, but he was there when my child needed him most. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and truly knows what he’s doing. Most importantly, he’s caring and trustworthy — someone you feel completely confident having care for your child. I’m so grateful for the compassion and expertise he showed during such a difficult time.

We are so grateful for our daughter’s occupational therapist, Nicole. From the very beginning, she was incredibly warm, kind, and supportive, making us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. When our daughter needed a cranial helmet for skull reshaping, Nicole guided us with such care, patience, and expertise. She always took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and truly made us feel like our daughter was in the best hands. Her compassion and dedication went above and beyond, and it was clear how much she genuinely cared about our child’s progress and well-being.
