RIP OFF! I bought a package of 2 IPLs. I’ve done them for many years now and was looking for a new place. The first one I had was great and she washed my face and prepped it and I felt the snap of the IPL and a week later the brown spots were there and came off. I was so happy. I then booked my second IPL which the had booked it wrong so I didn’t get in with my schedule til much later but I rolled with it. Mistakes happen I get it. But they told me I could rebuy the same package and that was a lie cause when I went in they told me no. The second ipl she did not prep me even tho I had blush on. I felt zero snap on my face. I would have been a regular customer and referred all my clients as I’m an esthetician. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! Guarantee they wooo read this and not reach out too. They lie and they did nothing on my second visit.

⭐ Honest Review of My Experience with Dr. Azar I’ve waited a few years to write this review so I could do so from a calm and fair place, without emotion or frustration guiding my words. My goal is simply to share my personal experience in hopes that it helps others make informed decisions. During my initial consultation with Dr. Azar, I was genuinely impressed. He took the time to explain details that other surgeons hadn’t mentioned — especially about my breast asymmetry. His professionalism, communication skills, and extensive knowledge (including his background in reconstructive surgery) gave me a lot of confidence in choosing him. However, on the day of my surgery, things changed unexpectedly. Right before entering the operating room, I was told that my procedure would be done above the muscle, even though we had previously agreed on under the muscle placement. Feeling unprepared and pressured to trust the process, I agreed. After surgery, I noticed both implants were the same size, although we had clearly discussed using two different sizes to correct asymmetry. Unfortunately, complications followed. I developed a severe infection in my right breast. Despite contacting the office multiple times with concerns about unusual swelling, I had difficulty being seen and felt dismissed by staff. Eventually, the infection worsened and my implant ruptured during the night, leading to an emergency removal. That experience was traumatic. Although the removal cost was covered, I was still billed for the surgery room and anesthesia. I underwent multiple corrective surgeries afterward to address sizing and symmetry, which added to the physical and emotional toll. While I appreciate Dr. Azar’s efforts to fix my results and acknowledge that he is highly skilled and knowledgeable, I ultimately felt unsupported and overlooked in my post-operative care. There was no follow-up, no wellness check, and no acknowledgment of the difficulties I went through which was disheartening after such a major experience. In conclusion, I believe Dr. Azar is a talented surgeon and a great communicator, but my personal experience was complicated and emotionally difficult. I hope that by sharing my story, future patients will feel empowered to ask every question, confirm every decision in writing, and advocate for themselves before and after surgery.

Dr. Azar, the nursing staff, office team, and Nicole have been wonderful! I had a breast reduction and lift, abdominoplasty, and liposuction about three years ago and couldn’t be more pleased with the results! I got my life back and can do all of the athletic activities that I had been missing out on. Nicole has done several facial treatments and my skin is glowing! I’m also in the process of getting laser hair removal done and that has been fantastic as well. Everyone is attentive, caring, and passionate about the folks that come through their office! Why go all the way to Beverly Hills to a doctor / medical spa when you have the best one right here in Thousand Oaks? See below for before / after photos…
