It’s been maybe 1.5 years since my second breast augmentation. I had saline originally and a small capsular contracture from another surgeon. Dr Somg was recommended by a very good friend, her breast came out AMAZING so I was hooked! Dr Song did an amazing job. I love my breasts now. It looks natural which is what I wanted. I kept emphasizing that and somehow he made magic and transformed my boobs. I should have gone bigger but it’s okay it was my choice to stay smaller than advised :) after babies I’ll revisit doctor Song lol the only negative I can say were my scars. However I don’t scar well. I have thick skin and I’m darker complexion. It’s not bad I just wish maybe in the future they will invent a way to minimize scars for us girls like me. Overall AMAZING surgeon. Very kind :) I’ll be back !

I truly cannot say enough about how awesome Dr. Song and his entire team is (especially Nurse Natalia). I had a procedure in August 2023 am so happy with my results. There were a few minor things that I initially wasn't sure about, but they are such perfectionists and wanted me to be happy, so brought me back at no charge for a follow up procedure. My only regret is that I didn't do it 3 years sooner. Of all my visits to the office, pre and post op, not one single time did I wait more than 5 minutes. They are prompt, professional, and absolutely lovely. And the whole crew is easy on the eyes- lol. My husband I recently went back for laser treatments with Natalia and once again were blown away by the level of care and commitment to the best results. I did many consultations with various doctors before my surgery and I always felt like they were upselling me or trying to get me to do a more expensive, unnecessary procedure, but with Dr. Song I felt like they genuinely cared and just wanted me to be happy and get the best results. Also, as prices go in OC, they are very, very reasonable for the quality. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I rarely leave reviews and had to give Dr. Song and his incredible team the recognition they truly deserve! I have never had any surgery before and chose Dr. Song for my breast augmentation. Beyond nervous and unsure of what to do this experience has been nothing but wonderful. I wanted the top surgeon in the world to do my breast augmentation, cost did not matter to me. This was crucial to me it was done by the best and I never thought he was right in my backyard! & was affordable. Dr. Song was recommended to me by a good friend of mine, I went to countless consultations with other doctors and to say the least they were not nearly as helpful and world renowned as Dr. Song From the initial consultation where we discussed the process I felt very assured and relaxed. He is in no rush to push an opinion and has a very calming energy about his entire office. Grace his patient coordinator is nothing less than classy and very knowledgeable where she assisted me with officially booking Fast forward to surgery day, I felt more comfortable and prepared for this day since I have been waiting more than 10 years to correct my asymmetrical breasts. My surgery was beyond smooth, Nurse Holly was phenomenal and the top rated Anesthesiologist Dr. Westerhout took very good care of me and even checked on me the night before surgery via phone. What professionalism! I always felt connected to the office and never a bother to reach out for any concern I had. They were so happy to help anytime I needed a question answered. I looked in the mirror today for my post op and results are truly remarkable. I was holding back tears of joy from how amazing | feel. Barely any bruising, I look like something out of a swimsuit magazine, with healing to still happen of course where they will settle I am in awe of how amazing they look. I have confidence I never knew I could have, my chest looks perfect, and my life has been changed for the better thanks to Dr. Kyle Song and his team. Definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for the BEST of the BEST hands to be in.

I did not undergo surgery with this doctor—I am sure they are great. I only had an initial consultation where the surgeon performed a brief visual examination. At the time, I was in the early stages of my breast cancer journey and still exploring options for chemotherapy and future breast reconstruction, which was projected to take place about 10 months later. I ultimately decided not to move forward with him, especially after my insurance was billed thousands of dollars for what was essentially a 15-minute visual check-up. It felt more like a scam than a legitimate consult, and I never returned.

Dr. Song performed a full tummy tuck with muscle repair and breast implant exchange. Both procedures were accomplished in one surgery in less than 3 hours. My results are five stars. Dr. Song did exactly what I asked for, he listens to you and gives his honest input and the beautiful results are the proof his work is top notch. My biggest concern was incision scars, and placement. Dr. Song's placement was perfection. After completely healing the incision is barely noticeable.
