I’ve had consults before where the surgeon barely looked up from the chart. Dr. Barnes was different. He actually listened. Asked what I didn’t want just as much as what I hoped for. I appreciated that. I had under-eye filler and a small laser treatment, both with zero pressure. It felt collaborative, not transactional.
