Dr Randolph and her staff are absolutely fabulous. From the first visit for my breast augmentation consult, to pre-op, day of surgery and even calling the day after to check on me. She is professional, while still down to earth and took all the time I needed to ask questions and made me completely at ease for my surgery. Her staff is also very friendly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. This process was made as simple as possible with her knowledge and understanding of exactly what I was looking for and I cannot believe how wonderful my results are just a week after surgery.

I had a tummy tuck & my stomach is so tight to where I can’t even drink a glass of water because I get too full. I had a breast reduction & I was cut from one breast to my other breast. I know that she should have only cut around the nipple & make a vertical Y incision down from the nipple I have big flaps of fat just hanging on the sides of my breasts. She butchered me. My breasts were not lifted either. My last reduction in 2013 was not done the way she did it. The plastic surgeon I had then did a wonderful job. Please don’t let her do a breast reduction on you. She had the surgery pattern that Dr Poulter gave her. She did Not do it the way he did! I’m so angry with her. My first follow up, I stated that I looked like I was butterflies. I should sue her!!!

I cannot recommend Dr. Randolph enough! I’m 2 weeks post op from having a tummy tuck and I am SO happy with my results. She did a beautiful job creating a very natural “cute” new belly button and beautifully cinched this mama of 3 kids waist 🥹 She is extremely knowledgeable, kind and down to earth. Her staff also very kind and they all go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. We are about an 1.5hr drive north so I opted to stay in the overnight surgical suite with overnight nurses - highly recommend! Awesome nurses with around the clock care which made for ALMOST painless recovery. ❤️‍🩹

Dr. Randolph and her entire office have been the absolute best to work with through my procedure. Everyone from the front office staff, to the nurses have been professional, helpful and so encouraging. They helped work with insurance again and again to help get my procedure covered. They were always available to answer questions- no matter how many I had. Dr. Randolph is amazing! Her work is the very best!! My surgery went smoothly and my recovery was easy. At each follow up appointment, she took the time to make sure everything was healing correctly, answer my questions and was always so excited for my progress. I HIGHLY recommend talking to Dr. Randolph for any of your plastic surgery needs.
