The staff and the facilities are great. My complaint is having another consultation for a cyst removal procedure that was already performed in the past. Now I have to wait another 2 months to have them removed; 4 months total

I walked in to make an appointment and they took me back and I saw the doctor and he drained my cyst and put me on antibiotics for three weeks and then he will cut it out. Everyone in that office was wonderful. My dermatologist appointment was in 4 months. I was afraid I would die from the infection before Dec. 1. I highly recommend this office.

Shannon Fasig and her very knowledgeable and caring ,helpful and super nice staff of nurses. What a great place to visit .The ladies at the receptionist desk are are great at assisting you with whatever you may need. What a great facility to go to.

All the staff were very courteous and helpful. The entire visit was very efficient. I had an appointment already scheduled for the next week. However we were there for an appointment for my spouse. I asked the front desk staff if there was any availability on that day, since we were already there. She promptly checked and rescheduled me. Before I even had the patient information completed, I was called back for the appointment. The nurse completed the intake procedure right away. Soon the doctor came in, checked my situation, then said he would take care of the minor surgery right then. All was completed just as my spouse was finishing with her appointment. She experienced the same courteous and efficient service. We highly recommend.

Shannon is phenomenal to work with!! She spends time getting to know you and assessing your needs. She listens to your feedback and does an excellent job providing results! I’ve seen her multiple times for Botox and have been throughly impressed each time!
