I cannot praise Dr. Urbinelli and the staff of Syracuse Plastic Surgery enough for the care which was given to me during my recent surgery and recovery. Dr. Urbinelli is caring person and an artist at what he does. He was responsive to all my needs especially due to an unforeseen issue during my recovery. Dr. Urbinelli even made a house call to teach my sister how to dress my wound. I traveled far from Las Vegas to Syracuse, NY because he is a reconstructive facial specialist. I am so pleased with my results. I highly recommend Dr. Urbinelli for any reconstructive or plastic surgery you may need.

My spouse is a patient with Dr Urbanelli. I have accompanied my partner to appointments before and after a reconstruction surgery. Dr Leo is absolutely the best. From including me in the process (teaching me to dress a wound) to taking the best care ever of my husband, I can not say enough good things about this world class surgeon. His bedside manner is outstanding, his surgical skills impeccable, his calm collected response to an unforeseen issue was incredibly reassuring, his kindness and responsiveness go above and beyond our expectations, even returning calls outside of office hours when a concern arose. How ever did Syracuse land this outstanding physician? I can't imagine a better plastic surgeon. Excellence flows from the top down, and his staff follows suit.

Dr Urbinelli has been working on my son's serial surgeries for close to 5 years now. My son was born with a mole that covered a third of his face. He went to a surgeon for surgery every 6 mos from age 6 months - 5years & we stopped. In middle school he asked to fix the deformities left by those aggressive surgeries. We found Dr Urbinelli, who connected with my son instantly! He takes time to answer my son's questions as well as our questions as his parents. Results have been impressive. He tries accomplish as much as we can with each surgery and takes time after the surgery to help us know what all was accomplished and what to expect for healing. I now am in the process of getting a liposuction procedure done on myself...that's how confident I am in Dr. Urbinelli
