Slipped in after work on a Tuesday for a consult I’d put off too long and booked online the night before. Check in was quick and I was in a room within minutes. Dr. Lapuerta listened first then mapped out options with plain recovery timelines and what results are realistic. He pulled up actual before and after photos and walked me through what fit my goals without any sales push. I left with an itemized estimate and clear next steps plus a follow up call the next day that answered a couple lingering questions. Parking by the building was straightforward. Professional, calm and thorough all around, easy five stars.

One of my biggest regrets is getting a breast augmentation here. His work on me was very sloppy my breasts are lopsided, and he made my nipples two different sizes and placed them way too high on my chest. I can’t even show cleavage because of the placement. I went in hoping to finally love my breasts, but instead I came out botched, with one that looks deflated and another that looks full. Please, do not make the same mistake I did do more research on the surgeons you choose because I now have to deal with a new set of insecurities and have to get a revision in the future.

Dr Lapuerta made us feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. Vanessa is a gem as well as she was very comforting throughout the entire process. Prices were very reasonable and the outcome was great.
