I went to Dr Casas following a lip reconstruction due to a dog attack. The surgery had gone well but my healing was long, arduous and scar tissue prevented an optimal result. My original surgeon was in another state and unable to offer any help via teletherapy. Dr Casas took one look at my lip and knew EXACTLY what to do to begin breaking up the scar tissue. She was able to show me a technique that produced immediate relief and results. She and her staff are kind, compassionate, cutting edge, wicked smart and all around exceptional humans. I would trust her to do anything I ever needed done and can not recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Casas and her team are absolutely fabulous. If you want to do something, do it once, do it correctly. That is why we chose Dr. Casas. Before meeting her my Fiance & I did extensive research. Her reputation was excellent, everywhere. Her process was thorough and well thought out. Dr. Casas made sure we were comfortable with every decision and step along the way. Surgery was a breeze, recovery was as painless as it could be, and most importantly, the care spent in shaping my fiance's new breasts was amazing. Consistent tweeks to ensure the final shape was exactly what Dr. Casas and my fiance wanted. We could not be happier with our decision!

I never expected to be as pleased with Dr. Casas, her staff and the overall procedure as I am today. I'm 2 weeks post-op so far with no pain since day 1 and minimal swelling at this point. Honestly, everything was so much easier than I expected. Initially I came to Dr. Casas for a consultation on a labiaplasty and after voicing my concerns/ideas, Dr. Casas explained the different options available and also what she would do in my situation (which ended up being exactly what I wanted anyway). She didn't try to talk me into any other procedures and emphasized that she didn't want to do anything unnecessary either. Dr. Casas is very to-the-point and honest, but also very kind and understanding as well. Her staff are incredible as well. Janina and Jenny helped take care of me during the whole process and were absolutely wonderful the whole time. Concerning pricing, I was very pleased with how reasonable the costs were. The breakdown was explained by Dr. Casas herself and I had no problems whatsoever with the payment process. Definitely would recommend Dr. Casas for anyone looking to have reconstructive surgery done!

I want to start out by saying I had the best experience with Dr. Casas and her team. This was my first surgery, so naturally I was very nervous. Dr. Casas was very professional, kind & listened to all my concerns. Her knowledge in the medical field is outstanding. She never once made me feel pressured to do anything. She was very clear in explaining every detail from the preparation, how I would feel, what the end result will look like and the after care. I went to three other Cosmetic surgeons and I knew instantly that this was where I needed to have my surgery done. The day I had my consultation I made an appointment and 2 weeks later my surgery was complete. I am about 6 weeks post surgery and the results are amazing! I was not expecting miracles but she gave me one. After the surgery my chest looks like it did 10 years ago. I honestly can’t believe it looks this good. Her surgical experience is a perfect 10 in my opinion. I am just 27 & never thought I would have to go threw something like this in a million years. But if I had to do it all again I would definitely pick Dr. Casas. I would trust her to help anyone in my family. We all have busy lives and Dr. Casas is very understanding to work completely around your schedule. I would like to thank Dr. Casas and her team once again for helping me threw this procedure & changing my life. I now feel comfortable in my own skin again. I would like to let everyone reading this know that she will give you the best results possible and will go above & beyond. She’s not just a doctor to me. Shes a women that changed my life. Dr. Casas is brilliant! I have struggled with cellulite on my thighs since I was 17 years old. No amount of diet, exercise, laser or treatment cream has ever worked. I am now 40 and have been told by multiple plastic surgeons that this is just something I have to live with. But Dr. Casas has found the solution! After just one treatment I am seeing amazing results. My thighs are smoother than I can ever remeber them being. I can't wait to come back to have additional areas treated. Dr. Casas and her office staff are so kind and make you feel at home. I would highly recommend her!
