Dr. Patronella and his staff are all amazing. He will take the time to answer all questions. I had a wonderful surgical experience. He did a fantastic job, and I am loving the results. Patient care and safety is truly his first priority. I highly recommend Dr. Patronella!

I had a face lift and neck lift. My jaw line now is perfect and I’m very happy with the fat transfer Dr Patronella did. I must admit that my neck lift was a fail and Dr Patronella was not interested in any further help with it. Otherwise he is super nice and his staff is awesome.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Patronella and his entire team. From the first consultation and coordination of an out of state procedure, the communication has been absolutely exceptional. The whole team is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They were always quick to respond to phone calls and emails, and every interaction made me feel supported, understood, and completely at ease. It’s rare to find a medical team that is this organized, compassionate, and attentive, but they truly go above and beyond in every way. Dr. Patronella and his staff have been awesome! I really appreciate that he and his staff make me feel like a member of the family, not simply a patient. I will be having surgery next month and they have been happily helpful to me in getting ready for my procedure.

Dr Patronella is an amazing surgeon! I can’t say enough about how talented he is. I walked into Dr Patronella’s office with little hope. I had a surgeon in Charleston SC botch a Breast augmentation surgery a few years ago. I was scared to go back to him again because he had done such a poor job. The worst part is he acted like they looked good. What?? Well Dr Patronella was not only able to fix how bad they looked but they look awesome!! I can’t thank him enough. If you want the best and not take a chance on someone doing a poor cosmetic surgery on your body-call Dr Patronella. You will not regret that you did!!
