Dr. Nkyiel and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I have come here for multiple procedures and consultations over the years and even when getting a second or third opinion elsewhere at times, I have continued to return. What sets Dr. Nykiel apart from other plastic surgeons? -He is extremely patient. It took me over a year to decide to do my last procedure and he continued to see me as many times as I needed. He answered any questions I had, while never pushing me to do anything I wasn't ready for. -He is honest. He won't tell you to do something he doesn't think you would benefit from, and he won't give you unrealistic expectations. -He and his staff are always available before and after procedures.. they check up with you often and are always so friendly and happy to help. -He is fairly priced. I feel he could easily be charging more based on his skill level and level of professionalism, but he clearly isn't trying to price gauge and I respect that so much. I am so glad I trusted Dr. Nykeil again, as my results are even better than I expected!

I had my breast augmentation done with Dr. Nykiel in Upland, CA, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. My results are great and exactly what I asked for. From the very first consultation, Dr. Nykiel was extremely kind, informative, and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. The office staff at both the Upland and Newport locations are absolutely amazing—everyone is so sweet, welcoming, and helpful. My surgery went very smoothly, and my recovery has been going great with no issues. If you’re thinking about getting a breast augmentation, I 100% recommend Dr. Nykiel. I’m so glad I chose him and would do it all over again.

I had a positive experience with Dr. Nykiel and the lovely staff. The entire team treated me like family from day one; they answered all of my questions and Dr. NyKiel was always willing to jump on the phone if I had additional questions or concerns. On the day of the surgery, he reassured me and confirmed what we had discussed. I think this is just great bedside manner. After the surgery, the team saw me the next day, and they provided me with the extra support and comfort that I needed it. I can’t say enough how wonderful this experience has been. I’m one month post-op from a BBL and Lipo 360, and even while still in recovery, I can honestly say this was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Choosing Dr. Nykiel was a huge part of that. From day one, everyone in the office has been incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. This was my first major surgery, and their care made the entire process feel calm and reassuring. Dr. Nykiel is professional, transparent, and genuinely calming. He explains everything exactly as it is, which was a big green flag for me. On surgery day, I was most nervous about anesthesia, but the nurses and anesthesiologist were absolute angels. They talked me through everything, answered all my questions, and made me feel so safe that I think I fell asleep before I could even count to one. I woke up to the same warm, caring energy. Dr. Nykiel checked on me before I left for recovery, and in the days after, both he and the office personally checked in on me, which meant so much. A month out, I’m already loving my new shape and feel so happy with my decision. The level of care before, during, and after surgery truly makes all the difference. I had a Lipo 360 done three months ago with Dr. Nykiel, and my experience has been amazing. I’m very happy with my results and feel much more confident in my body. His team was always kind, professional, and attentive, explaining everything clearly and making me feel supported throughout the process. The clinic itself felt very clean, organized, and welcoming, which gave me a lot of comfort from the start. At my follow-up appointment, they even surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a self-care voucher, such a thoughtful gesture that showed how much they care about their patients.
