Where do I even start???? This team has been AMAZING! And by saying that I feel like amazing isn’t even good enough!! From the time of my consult to my surgery to my post op care, this team has been absolutely great! Make me feel welcomed, never make me feel any type of way by asking a billion questions!!! Now as far as surgery goes, Dr. Tavakolian and Dr. Heistein did such an amazing job!!! I haven’t been happy with my body in years. I gained so much weight then lost it so had a bunch of extra skin, I was nervous about pain, how people describe it online, but I was up walking straight literally 2 days after surgery! Never experienced pain and the scar? Barely there!!!! It’s low and straight and just looks beautiful!!! Haven’t had any complications and healing great!!!!! I would no doubt recommend them!!! I love this team so much!!!!! And can’t leave Tracy out of this review!!!! She is so sweet and wonderful!!! Thank you guys for taking care of me and never making me feel awkward and making me feel like just another patient!!!

Dr. Tavakolian is my favorite surgeon. She thoroughly explains procedure/treatment outcomes and risks. I did the Contour TRL laser in Feb 2025. I was a little nervous about the laser until consulting with her. I knew I was in skilled hands and would have amazing results. I have received numerous compliments on my glowing skin and only use a tinted sunscreen as my foundation. The laser helped with sun damage, fine lines and tightening. It is by far the best ablative laser available. It is important to go to a skilled and cautious surgeon, like Dr. Tavakolian, when doing this treatment. Dr T’s botox and fillers are exceptional. I have had bad experiences in the past. Her individually personalized Botox placement is perfection for someone like me that still likes facial movement and smooth lines. Dr T’s lip filler is the best! You can not tell I have filler from any angle. Just enough to plump/hydrate my mature lips to their original volume. Love my subtle natural looks!

I want to say how grateful I am for Dr. Tavakolian's thoroughness and professionalism. My results at the 6-month mark are smooth, natural-looking, and well-sculpted. I will definitely be doing any and all future procedures with Dr. Tavakolian when it's the right time. Dr. Tavakolian took her time during every step of the process—explaining the risks, what to expect, and ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. I appreciated her honesty and confidence throughout. She listened to my desired outcome and I now have what I went in hoping for!

On September 25th I had surgery to remove my silicone breast implants. I am seventy-five years old and my implants were placed in 1983 and at that time there was absolutely no mention of ever needing to replace them. Over the years I had at least six needle biopsies as per mammogram results. In the early 2000’s after a mammogram and ultrasound a lumpectomy was urgently recommended. The surgeon was recommended by an older family friend and doctor so I did not interview him ahead of time. The pathological results were perfectly normal, but the lasting scar was terrible and, in my opinion, somewhat short of mutilation. So, not only did this surgery leave me disfigured, the attitude and bedside manner of this surgeon was horrendous. Looking back, knowing what I know now, I would never have considered using him. I was so upset and turned off by this process I never had another mammogram until August of this year. Over the years my left implant became encapsulated causing a great deal of pain and discomfort and my right implant had ruptured dispersing silicone into my breast and probably beyond. I will never be convinced that the rupture was not caused by the actions of the lumpectomy. Over the years I learned to live with the pain and discomfort. I was quite fearful of consulting another doctor about the problems I was having. When it became so uncomfortable to take a breath without pain in my chest and back, I knew something had to be done. My personal physician talked we me in mid-August in regard to my desires and scheduled an ultrasound on August 12th to be sure there were no suspicious signs of cancer and it was clear but did confirm severe contracture with calcification of my left implant and rupture of my right implant. After much thought, prayer and research I set up an interview with Dr. Lindsey Tavakolian, MD MPH on September 9th. Over the years I have learned to go with gut feeling and first impressions. Dr. Tavakolian was warm, inviting and showed genuine concern to my feelings, issues and desires. She took all the time needed to explain what she felt was needed to give me the outcome I was looking for. I chose to let Dr. Tavakolian to do my explant and capsulectomy and she scheduled me for this procedure on September 25th. She and her staff went above and beyond to make the procedure and subsequent recovery an incredible process. The surgery was done and I met with her again the following day feeling better than I had in many, many years and was able to breathe deeply without any pain in my chest or back. Drain tubes were removed on September 30th and I have had no need for pain medication since September 28th. I will have a follow up visit on October 14th. I feel absolutely renewed, pain and anxiety free thanks to Dr. Tavakolian and her amazing staff. I highly recommend her and her team and would use her again without question.

I went to Dr. Tavakolian for 360 lipo with a BBL and a labiaplasty. I wish I would have not waited so long as my results and body look amazing. I have never felt so confident in my own skin. Dr. Tavakolian did such a tasteful job & was so supportive through out the entire process from pre-op through my recovery. She really is one of a kind from her work to her character. Prior to this surgery, Dr. Tavakolian also removed facial sun spots I struggled with and did my injectables and laser treatments …I look forward & will continue to use her for any future enhancements! Thank you Dr. Tavakolian!
