Dr. Gust was the second doctor I saw for my carpal tunnel and she was my savior. I had been in so much pain for months and kept getting brushed off by others in the medical field. When I spoke with her on the phone she actually listened. At my first in person appointment for cortisone injections she explained every step, was confident, and for the first time I finally had real relief. She also laid out a plan of care right away by letting me know that if the pain came back surgery will be the next step. I felt like she was ahead of the game with my care and that gave me confidence. When the pain returned I went back to her and scheduled carpal tunnel release surgery on my right hand. I have extreme anxiety with surgery, but Dr. Gust gave me the option to stay awake. I was nervous but she explained exactly what I would feel, kept me informed throughout the procedure, and made me feel like I could trust her completely. Her straightforward but calm vibe helped me handle something I never thought I could. Recovery went exactly how she said it would. Pain was minimal, my scar blends into the crease of my hand, and my mobility came back right on schedule. I only needed a few days of extra help and her clear instructions made it easy not to overdo it. The staff was also wonderful. They were friendly and never made me feel rushed. All appointments were quick in and out. I am so grateful to Dr. Gust for her skill and compassion. She gave me relief and an outcome better than I expected. I’m even looking forward to having my left hand done with her which says a lot considering how much anxiety I usually have. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone dealing with carpal tunnel. Thank you!🤩 🥹

Excellent Dr

Dr Gust is a great Dr. From the first day I met her I knew she was gonna be great. She is very forward and honest about your condition. She will go above and beyond to make sure she does everything possible for you. I wouldn’t have it any other way. As long as she is here in Cali she will always have me as a patient. Thank you Dr Gust!! Kaiser better be treating you great.
