It is almost impossible to find the words for the damage Jagruti Patel inflicted on my face with her lack of surgical skills. Much like a used car salesman, she convinced me that in addition to a lid lift, which I came to her for, I really needed a full face and neck lift. She was so convincing, I never thought she could not be trusted. Since then she has had a temporary loss of her license and closed her office in Beverly. She offered me restitution for left side of face, as long as I did not contact an attorney. The left side of my face remains numb and significant scarring along my jawline. Corrective surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess by Dr. Lin had to be performed to minimize my facial damage. Jagruti Patel should not practice medicine

Dr. Patel's first meeting her, she's so nice and puts you at ease. Explaining everything that she's going to do and then doing measurements of eyes and what she's going to do in surgery. Nicky her finance gal is a sweetheart, in fact the whole staff is exceptional. I am very happy to have found her.

Dr. Jagruti Patel is an amazing Doctor and simply makes your appointments with her positive & encouraging. She, as others have also written, is such a beautiful person inside and out with a wonderful personality—she is just a joy to be around and makes you feel at ease with any and all medical procedures done at Premier Plastics. I went to her on a recommendation in 2014 and am so glad I did. She is professional, knowledgeable and able to assist you with innovative ideas for what you are looking for in plastic surgery. Dr. Patel is seriously the best of the best. Made me feel completely comfortable since the moment I met her during my consultation. So thankful that I was referred to see her and not someone else.
