I asked for a appointment with a doctor who is a surgeon. I was scheduled for surgery at another medical facility in Vermont. The surgery was canceled, due to the doctor not explaining what he planned to do to me; all patients have that right to know. Management canceled the surgery, because I asked why they expect me to answer their questions, when, they are not answering my questions. I waited months for my appointment with Dr. Roth. I drove 2 1/2 hrs one way, I even brought my records, and I got a PAC instead of the doctor I requested. What I got was a PAC, who got upset, because I did not want her advice. I did not go there to see a PAC or to get advice; I went for surgery. A total waste of my time and effort. Waste of gas money to travel to the hospital for the appointment too. I got a second appointment. This time, after waiting again and traveling again, another 2 1/2 hrs one way, I met with Dr. Roth, and he said he did not look at my medical records. Second waste of time, gas money, and effort. Then, his office staff said he would call me on a specific day and time. He did not call me. I called his office several times before he finally spoke to me and said he did not feel comfortable doing surgery on my fingers. He is a jerk, same as his PAC. This office got paid twice from my insurance for doing nothing. Now, I have a second different medical issue, and I was placed with this same doctor. Again, I had problems with my appointment. I sat in the examining room for over a half hour, by myself, and no one told me a thing or peaked in to update me. Finally, he walked in and was still the same jerk he was the first time I met him, and I got the same result from him; he hurt me, and did nothing to help my medical issue. He is still (putting it mildly) a JERK! Plus, now I am still not only in pain and in need of surgery, I still need to find another surgeon.

you're a mean person... you made me feel bad about myself and had very poor communication..not only did you talk to my family badly but you insulted me... I had a breast reduction and he made my nipples literally two different sizes and shapes and my scars are horrific...nobody go to this surgeon.

Dr. Roth and his staff are all kind, caring, and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable during and after any surgeries. Dr. Roth is a wonderful surgeon... he operated on both of my hands for severe carpal tunnel syndrome, and I have been very relieved and pleased with the results...
