I recently went to Great Neck Medical Spa for tattoo removal and had a very positive experience. The cooling air system helped ease most of the discomfort during the procedure. Julie was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time, allowing breaks whenever I needed them. I really appreciated the level of care and professionalism.
