5 stars isn’t enough!!!
Several years ago, I was considering a breast augmentation and lift, but I was really scared of looking unnatural. I live in an area where the "overdone" look is extremely popular (truth be told, it terrified me to look fake). I even visited two other very well-known plastic surgeons in Texas before meeting Dr. Lopez.
When I first met Dr. Lopez a few years ago, I instantly felt comfortable talking with her about my goals. It felt more like a conversation than a consultation, which made a huge difference. It was so refreshing to meet a female (and mom!) plastic surgeon who truly gets it—not everyone wants to look fake or disproportionate.
She was incredibly clear about what to expect during and after surgery. In the weeks leading up to the procedure, Dr. Lopez was so supportive. I had a lot of questions (and a few nerves), and she was always kind and responsive. I appreciated how organized and detail-oriented everything was—scheduling, prep instructions, medications, follow-ups, all of it.
The morning of surgery, she checked in with me right before we got started. The hospital was beyond impressive, and the staff and nurses were amazing. She follows a very thorough protocol to minimize the risk of capsular contracture or infection, which I really appreciated. One funny moment: as they were transitioning me to the pre-op nurse, someone from the clinical team said, “There’s a lot of detail and instructions left by her surgeon—I ran out of ink!” I laughed and said, “Yep, that sounds like Dr. Lopez.” 😂
I absolutely love Dr. Lopez’s style and bedside manner. I honestly couldn’t be happier with my results—she exceeded my expectations!! I look natural, like I did back in my mid-20s. 😊
