I recently had a mommy makeover with Dr. Novak at Southlake Plastic Surgery and five stars is not enough. I’m only about a week out from surgery and my results are already amazing and my recovery has been so much easier than I expected. Dr. Novak has a calming, down to earth demeanor and really makes you feel comfortable. He made everything feel simple and easy, I never felt flooded with too much information or anything over my head. The staff is all so sweet—Kim, Hannah, Samantha, Sarah, Alice as well as the anesthesiologist Dr. McCord. Truly couldn’t have had a better experience, I feel so lucky to have chosen this practice for my surgery. ❤️

Dr. Novak and his staff are awesome. The facility is beautiful - top tier, and seems to run right on schedule. All my questions were answered - even questions I didn’t know I had, and the door was left open if I had more. Dr. Novak struck the perfect balance of being knowledgeable and assured while remaining humble and approachable. I received an estimate listing all costs (no hidden expenses), which I found reasonable. Bottom line, I highly recommend, at least from the perspective of my first visit. UPDATE Nov 16, 2025 I had multiple procedures completed about a month ago. I am impressed with the entire facility as well as Dr. Novak. The staff is very supportive, friendly organized and helpful. As I mentioned before the billing was made crystal clear from the beginning with no surprises. I felt Dr. Novak prioritized my health and well-being first, and then built a strategy for addressing my concerns. He explained clearly what I could expect in terms of the surgery, the recovery process and the final outcome. His expertise as a skilled “sculptor” (plastic surgeon) is evident in my end result, which exceeded my expectations. Bottom Line: I highly recommend him and his team to anyone considering plastic surgery.

I want to share my wonderful experience with Dr. Novak and his amazing team. In June, I had a facelift with him, and just yesterday, I had a breast reduction. Both surgeries went beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything looks natural, and I feel more confident and comfortable than ever. Dr. Novak is not only incredibly skilled but also kind and caring. He truly listens, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel at ease every step of the way. His staff is also fantastic — supportive, professional, and always welcoming. Thank you, Dr. Novak, for your incredible work and for helping me feel like myself again. Dr. Novak has exceptional bedside manner, easy to talk to, and listened to any concern that I had. My incisions are hardly visible and I dealt with minimal pain. Recovery was a breeze! I would highly recommend Dr. Novak!!! Also, his staff and nurses are amazing! Samantha was always a text or a phone call away with any concerns that I had! I am so thankful I found this awesome group of professionals with such caring hearts! ❤️

Dr Matt Novak will do whatever is best for the individual person. I know he is new to this practice and he is growing his following but he is extremely respectful, patient with listening to his patient’s concerns and doing what he finds necessary for his patients best interest. I have plans for next year with Dr Novak and would not choose any other doctor in my book. I have full confidence in him. Thank you for the comfort and respect of my feelings.
