Terrible bedside manner. I took his cocky attitude as confidence against my better judgment since I was referred to him by 2 acquaintances....big mistake. He didn't take measurements, didn't do any markings before surgery. He posted before and after photos on Instagram of my breastfed augmentation and I could immediately tell something was off. During my post op visit I question the shape of my implants, one was higher and not as round as the other. His response was "they are sisters not twins". I paid over $8k for twins. I was told they would settle as I healed. They never did, I could never go bra less, they are not the same shape and one is higher than the other. I am now looking for a new surgeon for a breast revision. It was a very expensive lesson learned.

I will love to share this to anyone looking for Anyone wanting breast implants since that’s what I have. The first time I had breast implants after breast-feeding for a couple of years I came with Dr Smiley. I got 600 cc.He did an amazing job. In 2023 I had an accident where my right side breast ruptured due to the impact in my chest and I went back with Dr Smiley got my implants redone I got 800 cc this time and he did an amazing job. My breast feel natural. You can’t really tell that they’re implants. I’m also happy to know that Alejandra is still there. She was the first person I spoke to she guided me in every step showing me the size of each implant. Ladies, I highly recommend them if you wanna have an amazing job thank you Dr Smiley thank you Alejandra and all the staff there.

After thorough research and visits with other plastic surgeons, I am happy that I hady mommy makeover done with Dr. Smiley. During the virtual consultation, he explained everything he suggested and followed through on the day of the procedure. Alix was able to provide detailed instructions on next steps, and was supportive throughout the whole process. The day of the operation, his operating nurse Ida, and the anesthesiologist, Dr. Toon, were equally kind and supportive. Waiting on the final results, but so far so good. Thanks to everyone at California Surgical for your attention.

I had mommy makeover after 3 kids and the results are beyond amazing. I am so happy and confident with my body again Dr. Smaili did everything we agreed on so perfect. The staff are welcoming and the after-care is up to what i needed in the recovery process.
