Dr. Fracol is at the top of her field for breast reconstruction and I am absolutely thrilled with the result of my PAP flap breast surgery. The result exceeds my greatest hope for this procedure and I highly recommend Dr. Fracol. Five stars are not enough - I want to add more stars. About four years ago, I had a preventative mastectomy. She was not my doctor back then and I am grateful to the doctors who helped me prevent breast cancer. However, I did not like the weight of the implants after surgery and I had them removed without much thought. When I met Dr. Fracol, I was so unhappy being flat because I had to wear prosthetics all the time to just fit clothes (and most women’s dresses just did not look good on me at all. The skin sunk like holes in my chest and dresses were impossible.) I had misshapen fat bumps over my breast that made clothes look unattractive, even with a prosthetic. I was really sad about it since I felt like I just looked bad all the time, no matter what I did. I would dread formal occasions where I had to wear a dress (and I dreaded beaches or swimming because I looked horrible in a swimsuit). Those days are over now. Last year, I thought I would look for a doctor that might be able to do something to help and Dr. Fracol was recommended. After consulting with her, I was amazed that I had so many options that I didn’t know about. I chose the thigh flap breast surgery and I love the result. My reconstructed breasts are perfect and I can wear anything I want. I am actually excited about getting dressed up again after having flap surgery with Dr. Fracol. I honestly wish I started my mastectomy journey with Dr. Fracol from Day One. I believe she is the best in her field for reconstruction and the results don’t lie. My reconstructed breasts are natural-looking and comfortable. I don’t believe this incredible result would have been possible if I had chosen any other doctor. Thank you, Dr. Fracol! I am so thrilled with my entire experience with you.

My wife went to Dr. Fracol after many failed attempts at breast reconstruction after a double mastectomy due to cancer. Dr. Fracol and her team were absolutely amazing and the results of the diep flap surgery far exceed our expectations.

I was treated unfair today I arrived at 10:10… when I entered the room the receptionist was having a conversation with a guy no medical related and asked me to have a seat.. Sp I waited to be seen only to be told that I was passed the check in time which was 10:15. I was told that I had to be scheduled because I was checked in at 10:20. That wasn’t my fault that the receptionist was having a conversation with someone before me and had me waiting. Not to mention they already had messed up my appointment for yesterday that I booked a month ago. I was calling to verify my appointments because I love an hour away and the lady didn’t even have a record of my appointment. Very disappointing I even asked them to look at the cameras to verify that I wasn’t passed the cut off time. The traffic was horrendous trying to get here then to be told I can’t be seen. Very disappointing to say the least. I will not be back.. please train your receptionist to be professional and not hold up the line having side bar conversations to make a patient time of arrival time different then what it was
