I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Aya-Ay for my breast reduction and lift. From the very first interaction, her bedside manner stood out immediately. She is warm, patient, and genuinely attentive, which made the entire process feel comfortable and reassuring. I initially found Dr. Aya-Ay through multiple recommendations, and after doing my own research, I knew I wanted to be under her care. Dr. Melanie Aya-Ay replaced my reconstructive implants due to ruptures, and performed an excellent replacement surgery. Dr Aya-ay is a compassionate knowledgeable doctor, who explained everything thoroughly and took the time to answer all of my questions. She was very particular with details in order to make sure the results were perfect. I am 69 and my breasts look the best ever, and I am extremely pleased. I’m a perfectionist and notice every little detail, so choosing the right surgeon mattered a lot to me. I’m beyond grateful I went with Dr. Aya-ay. From the very first consult, I felt reassured I was in the best hands. I originally saw a different surgeon in Tampa who told me achieving symmetry wouldn’t be possible and advised against lowering my inframammary fold. I did my own research and found Dr. Aya Ay, who has extensive experience with exactly that. She listened, explained everything thoroughly, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations — I can hardly tell she even lowered one side. My surgery was later in the day, and after waking up and getting home around 8pm, she personally called me at 9pm to check on me. That meant so much and reassured me I made the right choice. The care, skill, and attention to detail were absolutely worth the 30-minute drive. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
