I recently had a breast reduction with Dr. Johnson and Christina and it was the smoothest process! They were so supportive and walked me through every step. We’re already working on scheduling my next procedure!

I had top surgery (double mastectomy) with Melissa nearly three years ago. She listened to my concerns and talked me through things. It may seem off, but I have scoliosis so it's actually even, it's just that my body isn't. I had a specific request about my nipples, if she knew of any way of decreasing nipple shaft size along with areola size whole avoiding a double (nipple shaft + areola) graft. She did! She used a pizza slice method. I am very glad I went to her and my healing has been great. I've even regained some sensation in my nipples, and I love how much definition they have.

Carl the practice manager called to tell me that they would not do the breast surgery for removal of fat necrosis because I am too fat. I could understand a weight limit if it was for purely cosmetic reasons but this surgery is necessary. Not for anyone over their arbitrary limit of a 33 bmi score.

Recently had an in-office procedure and I was so pleased with the level of caring that Dr. Johnson and staff gave. She was wonderful about explaining everything and helping me make informed decisions and she was so thoughtful about following up. Thank you for making me feel so at ease!

I could not have asked for a better surgeon, truly. I am a little over two weeks post op from masculinizing top surgery (double incision) and I was so scared to be hopeful about top surgery because I had a larger chest, but I was amazed by how instantly happy I was. From the moment I saw my chest I knew my confidence and joy had increased tenfold. Even as I'm still deep in the healing process I can see the artwork in her results and every day I am even more elated. Dr. Johnson is an incredibly conscientious surgeon. I had some significant bruising and swelling (not uncommon, just happens with invasive surgery sometimes by no fault of the doctor or patient) on my right side about five days post-op and was debating whether to call as it probably would have resolved on its own eventually, but once I did, her office got back to me almost immediately, and she asked me to come in the next day so that she could drain the area. I came a week later as well for an update and throughout both visits she was honest, kind, and clear about her next steps, and she also didn't charge me for either of these appointments. As a doctor, she truly cares about her work and takes pride in what she does, and she WANTS her patients to be happy. I am so lucky to be able to have had surgery with her and I highly recommend her to anyone. If I could tip my surgeon, I would!
