I must say, I don’t have enough accolades that due justice to Dr Marks. I’ve been in the medical aesthetics industry for almost 40yrs. I’ve worked for and know many plastic surgeons here in Charlotte. I’m 68 yrs. young and it was time to have my old implants changed and some repairs. I did not want to go back to any of the other doctors I had dealt with in the past. I had three consultations set up and Dr. Marks was the second, at this point I also realized I would prefer a female surgeon due to my age and knowing a woman is more understanding. Dr. Marks took her time also explaining the complications I might have at my age. My initial surgery went many hours past expected time due to complications with removal of old implants. Dr. Marks was thorough and caring. Dr. Marks took care of concerns and complications in another surgery because she wanted me to be totally happy. Have never know another surgeon who cared all about her patients happiness. I could go on, just know she’s the best out there. I also say, let’s not forget Jackie in being there for everything from scheduling to the mistakes with billing with the hospital. The absolute best plastic surgeon in Charlotte! I interviewed a few doctors but knew right away when I met Dr. Marks that she'd be the best fit. You can tell she's very committed to helping you achieve your goal and has been available whenever I've had questions post op! I will always recommend her!!

Dr. Marks and her team gave me an amazing experience and outstanding results! I recently had my breast implants removed and got a breast lift performed by Dr. Marks, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to recent follow-ups, Dr. Marks and her office assistant, Jackie, were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They answered every question, and I had many as a healthcare communications professional. I had conducted a comprehensive search, read many reviews, and had several plastic surgery consultations before choosing Dr. Marks. Her expertise was evident from our first meeting. She took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, address all my concerns and set realistic expectations. Her kind, calm, unhurried, and confident demeanor put me at ease immediately. Her offices were spotless. Finally, the staff at the Novant Surgery Center were equally fantastic. The nurses and anesthesiologist were friendly and supportive, making the entire experience smooth and comfortable. After the surgery went longer than expected, one of the nurses even mentioned Dr. Marks' perfectionism, reassuring me that I was in good hands, I was impressed by Dr. Marks's meticulous care in ensuring the best possible outcome. My implants were both ruptured and encapsulated. Nevertheless, the results have exceeded my expectations, and I feel more confident and happier with my appearance than ever before. Furthermore, the aches and pains that accompany implant syndrome, which I had experienced over the past few years, have drastically abated. My recovery process was well-managed, with clear instructions and prompt follow-ups with Dr. Marks. She included my husband and caregiver in all instructions and gave him the confidence he needed to support my recovery. Dr. Marks even provided him with her cell phone number and told him to call anytime he had a question. Dr. Marks was just a phone call away whenever we had questions or concerns. Four weeks after my surgery, I cannot express enough gratitude for having found Dr. Marks at Signature Plastic Surgery. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Marks is awesome. Went to her for a facial fat transfer procedure. Due to her experience we decided that this was not the best option for me because of my medical issues. However, she came up with a treatment plan to replace the procedure and boy am I glad I did. She has taken at least 20 years off my face. It's like looking back through time when I look in the mirror. This lady is worth it and so trust worthy. Also, Let's not forget Jackie!!!! in the front she is so helpful and up beat!! I could not imagine trusting my face with just any DR. this lady knows her business and does it with perfection and care.

Planning my surgery was scary and I cancelled many appointments until I met Dr Marks. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Finally after many years I scheduled my tummy tuck. It turned out much better than I could have imagined. Dr Marks did an amazing job! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a cosmetic surgery. She’s personable and top notch!!
