I had breast reduction surgery yesterday at St. Vincent’s Hospital, and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. From start to finish, my care team provided me with exceptional care, compassion, and support. Dr. Melissa Mastroianni and her PA, Tess, were absolutely incredible. Dr. Mastroianni is not only highly skilled but also kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Tess was just as wonderful—knowledgeable, supportive, and comforting through every step of the process. Together, they made me feel confident, safe, and well cared for. The entire medical staff at St. Vincent’s went above and beyond to make my experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. Every nurse, tech, and team member I encountered was kind, professional, and attentive. This surgery has truly changed my life, and I’m beyond grateful to Dr. Mastroianni, Tess, and the amazing team at St. Vincent’s. Thank you all for your outstanding care!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Mastroianni! She is an exceptional surgeon who exudes care and warmth from the moment you meet her. I had met with other surgeons prior to her and her bedside manner is unparalleled, making you feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire process. Not only is she highly skilled, but she also goes above and beyond to ensure her patients feel supported and reassured. On the day of the procedure, her entire team mirrored her professionalism and kindness, creating a calm and reassuring environment. Dr. Mastroianni truly is a fantastic surgeon, and I couldn't be more grateful for her expertise and compassion.

Dr Mastroianni was absolutely amazing! From the first appointment where she normalized all the things I was feeling and reassured me she would take care of me to now, 3 months post surgery, she is still right by my side if I need her. She came directly to the phone when I had some incidental findings pop up and walked me through the entire process and followed up personally. I am thrilled with my results and the care she provided. She stood right by me in the operating room holding my hand and making me laugh at the same time to ease my anxiety. I am forever grateful to Dr Mastroianni and can't say enough good things without sounding like a ridiculous stalker!

Dr Mastroianni is just the best! I just love her & what she has done for me. Please do yourself a favor & go & see her. My experience was very positive from the very first moment I met her, I knew I was in capable hands. She explained my procedure to me in terms that I could understand. She discussed my recovery process so thoroughly that I felt like I knew exactly what to expect. My office visits were always very professional & informative. I have to have a part 2 done to complete my work. It will be done in June. I can’t wait to get it done. I just know I am in great hands with Dr Mastroianni. Please go to her. It will be the best choice you’ve ever made. BTW…the staff is pretty awesome, too! My procedures were a lower body lift and a panniculectomy. In June I will have my thighs done. Dr M will remove two lipomas. One from each thigh.
