I had a terrible experience here with mellissa Smith team is very nice and professional but as far as mellissa Smith well good luck is all I have to say! Hopefully you have a better experience than I did!

Absolutely superb service with this team and the doctor. I had a lipoma removed and when most doctors would not allow me to use insurance they did. She did a fabulous job, removing it and making me feel extremely comfortable, even though it was very close to my groin area and Such an embarrassing spot. The surgery went great and her whole team is nothing but professional and positive. Unfortunately, I ripped my stitches getting in and out of the car, etc. This was all during Christmas, and although the doctor was off, she still continued to monitor my progress while on her holiday. I have learned so much about incisions/ wound car and healing from this office. She Absolutely treated me Like a star patient/Concierge’s level. Her husband works with her as well and is part of her team, and he was texting with me daily during the holidays to ensure everything was healing properly. While in their office, I spoke with multiple wound care patients who explained to me that they had been to countless doctors and nothing started to heal until they started meeting with Dr Smith. She is a godsend. Love these guys!

Doctor Smith is the best doctor/dermatologist I have ever had. Always a good experience when I go. She takes her time and explains all regarding whatever condition I have. She is kind and empathetic. Always a joy to see her and her staff is wonderful. She is great at what she does! I

I almost never leave reviews unless it's highly noteworthy. I have nothing but deep respect and trust in the quality of care I received from Dr. Melissa Smith. I highly recommend her for all your plastic surgery needs. She's the best of the best based on all my personal interactions with her and her office staff. Unlike a lot of bad plastic surgeons out there, she actually listens to patient needs, so you always feel cared for and in control of the desired outcome while collaborating with her expertise in the field. The plastic surgery residency/fellowship curriculum should be written by her. Thank you so much Dr. Smith and staff for all you do! :)
