My experience with Dr. Ourian and his entire team was honestly perfect from start to finish. The doctor and his staff are so welcoming and beyond. I immediately felt safe, seen, and like my wants and needs were truly heard. Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt salesy — it just felt aligned and thoughtful. The office itself is also very aesthetically pleasing. The energy is calm, elevated, and beautiful. From the consultation to pre-op, they prepared me thoroughly. Nothing felt like a surprise. They walked me through everything beforehand, and even during the procedure, which was actually very smooth and surprisingly fun. I felt completely comfortable the entire time. My buccal fat removal and chin lipo were done in July. I started seeing changes within a few weeks, which was exciting. The final results took a few months to fully settle due to swelling — and honestly, my own lack of being consistent with lymphatic massages. I highly recommend doing those consistently because they really make a difference in healing and sculpting. I had made the decision a while ago to move forward with buccal fat removal because genetically, on my father’s side, weight tends to go straight to the cheeks no matter what. It was something I thought through carefully. Now I can genuinely say I am beyond ecstatic with the results. I look in the mirror every single day and love my face. It finally reflects the way I’ve always envisioned it — more sculpted and balanced while still looking completely natural and like me. I did notice that when I increased my carb intake, I gained a very small amount of weight back in the chin area, which is normal because weight fluctuations still apply. But overall, the structure and contour are there, and I am extremely happy. 100% recommend Dr. Ourian and his office. The care, the service, and the results were seamless. I had the most wonderful experience with Dr Ariel Ourian and his whole team and staff. From my first consultation to now, 6 week post-op, I’m truly so grateful and over the moon. Dr Ourian is a true artist and perfectionist in the best way possible, but also so kind and makes you feel so incredibly comfortable every step of the journey. I also have to say, my post-op communication experience was above and beyond. I’m not usually someone who worries, but after my surgery, I had so many questions. I reached out to Dr Ourian so many times those first ten days and he answered my every concern within minutes. He always made sure I was feeling safe and well and I’m so grateful for that.
