I had my very first Botox treatment recently, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. But what truly made it outstanding was the incredible physician Dr. Mercedes Baez who took care of me. She is very kind, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answering all of my questions and easing any nerves I had. Their knowledge and gentle technique made me feel completely at ease and the results speak for themselves! Natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for. It’s rare to find a provider who combines medical expertise with such a warm and reassuring presence. I’m so grateful I chose her for my first Botox experience, and I will definitely be coming back. She has an excelent technique when it comes to working on your face. All my girlfriends and me included have done some kind of procedure with Mercedes, and we've all left the office happier and prettier than before. She is always able to interprete what you want to accomplish. Mercedes is my go-to esthetician for every intervention I want done. Not only she's a great doctor, she's also such a good person; she'll always greet you with a smile on her face and will never have a problem with chatting as much as you want, and need.

10/10. Excelent doctor. I'm 41 and been to several doctors, but no one has done this procidures quite right. She's the only one Who has ever understood the vision of what I wanted to accomplish with my face, and got it right every single time. Thanks to her I've got this lifted face look. She's giving me this wide eye and fresh apperience, working with botox on my forehead and the sides of my eyes. I've also gotten my lips done and they look INCREDIBLE! All though I have done quite a few things over the years, my expressions look super natural, and no one has been able to guess that I've ever gotten something done. I think that describes what kind of beautician she is. She understands so well what you want, but the most important thing is that she's able to get it right every single time.
