About Dr. Mervin

Dr. Mervin Low is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 25 years of experience, practicing in Tustin, California. He earned his medical degree from the University of British Columbia in 1996 and completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Manitoba. Dr. Low pursued fellowship training in breast and aesthetic surgery at Georgetown University and in Asian plastic surgery at the Plastic Surgery Center of the Pacific in Honolulu.
