the care I received for my leg wound was excellent, The ADMINISTRATION and billing is the worst. I have a big invoice with no payment instructions from BIR JV LLP. No logo no payment address . When I call I get "select Medical" Who is this? No one answers the phone!!! Now I have photo copy charge with a big fee and a collections threat! I thought I was dealing with Baylor Scott and White???????
