Getting my breast reduction with Dr. Song at South Coast Plastic Surgery has truly been one of the most healing and life-changing experiences of my life. From the very first appointment, he made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for—not just as a patient, but as a person. You can feel how much passion he has for what he does, and it shows in every detail of his work. My back pain is completely gone, I can run and work out without the heavy weight holding me down, and for the first time in years, I feel comfortable and confident in my own body. I also couldn’t have asked for a better team. Grace, the financial/patient care coordinator, was with me through every step and made the entire process surprisingly affordable and stress-free. She explained everything with such kindness and patience. Natalia, my surgical RN, took such good care of me and helped calm my nerves in moments when I needed it most. And the ladies at the front desk were always so warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to see me at every visit—it made the whole journey feel safe and supported. The emotional and physical relief I feel is something I can’t even put into words. If you’re considering this procedure, or any procedure, I truly cannot recommend Dr. Song and the entire South Coast Plastic Surgery team enough. They changed my life.

I had a great experience! Dr. Song is easy to talk to and really knowledgeable, and obviously a skilled surgeon. I am 3 weeks postop and loving my results so far! Wow I feel like a new person. Natalia was instrumental in helping me decide on implant size. I don’t think I’d have loved my results as much as I do if she hadn’t been so patient and helpful. Initially I was going for small and very natural, and later decided to go a bit bigger and I’m so glad I did. The whole office is friendly and approachable, and there is always someone available to answer questions. You won’t regret your decision to go with them for your plastic surgery needs.

Nurse Megan has been my injector for years now and I still leave our appointments as happy as ever. She takes the time to do a thorough consultation which makes me feel like my goals are understood & heard. She is very careful and precise, making my sessions painless & never a need to go back for tweaks. I love the way I look after my visits with Nurse Megan. I feel lucky to be her client!

Post Breast Aug I got the pleasure to connect with all of the wonderful nurses here. They seriously are top tier and have such a welcoming atmosphere. You feel like your walking in to your best friends house who’s about to give you a makeover. They are super accommodating and not to mention the treatment I did today the glacial facial exclusive to certain providers is amazing and leaves my skin glowing in time for my wedding. I purchased a pack of 3 and plan to year round to keep up my skin fitness. Kelsie my nurse is incredible and does a thorough job targeting every area of my skin including the hairline area and under eye that is easily missed when I previously went to other places for facials. This is an exclusive experience and I will be recital all my family and friends. Oh! And they have another location in Irvine if ladera is a bit of a drive for you.
