Answered my every question to my complete satisfaction and made sure I completely understood all possible outcomes of all possible strategies for my particular circumstances. I walked out with complete confidence in the diagnosis as well as the mutually-agreed go-forward plan and with equal confidence that we can also quickly pivot should things go sideways or worse. You can tell that Dr. Nolte is not just well-educated, but has accumulated invaluable experience from successfully serving many patients before me!!!

Such a great doctor! Listens and is truly concerned for your needs. Just started seeing him but I definitely won’t change Also both the Pewaukee and Brookfield offices are always on time. Very much appreciated

Dr. Nolte is the best! I was in excruciating pain for months prior to meeting with him. I had exhausted all options besides surgery. With a cyst blocking my spinal fluid, I could barely walk, sleep etc. His education, expertise and commitment to excellence, made him the first choice for my spinal surgery. Dr. Nolte has an ability to speak in language for a layperson, I was able to understand what needed to be done. This continued throughout the surgery and rehabilitation. Dr. Nolte never made me feel rushed or anxious. In addition on a personal note, Dr. Nolte showed empathy and a compassion that surgeons are not known for.
