Dr. Michael Norris is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 45 years of experience, practicing in San Mateo, CA, and affiliated with Mills-Peninsula Medical Center. He earned his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in 1975 and completed his residency training in general surgery at Naval Medical Center San Diego and plastic surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Norris is a member of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
