I was so impressed when I visited Perk. The office is beautiful and all of the staff is welcoming and kind. I was seen by Courtney, who immediately made me feel comfortable and took time to listen to my concerns. I had 5 year old lip filler that had hardened and was lumpy. I honestly didn’t think there was anyway to dissolve it. Courtney was very gentle and persistent and unbelievably dissolved the lumps. I am ecstatic to have them gone! I will definitely be going back for all my future procedures. A big thanks to Courtney and her Assistant Sophia.

Wanted to give PERK plastic surgery 5 stars. Went to get my first ever Botox injections with Courtney NP. I went with her because I loved that she worked in a plastic surgeon's office and for me to establish care here. Once I met and was treated by her I was so impressed with her attention to detail and knowledge about my anatomy. She addressed my insecurities i.e skin texture, wrinkles and jowling. I am amazed at how much more refreshed and polished I looked. Having kids back to back made me feel and look so run down. Seeing my skin glow and tighten really boosted my confidence. Haven't felt like my old self for a while and this was such a nice boost for me to get over my postpartum hump! Will definitely be back for other treatments. The staff is also super friendly, impeccably clean office as well.

Do not be swayed by cheap offers elsewhere. Choose a place where you can trust the professionals and feel secure. Health is the most valuable asset we have in life. I have great confidence in Dr. Michelle Lee, who is exceptional, and I also want to extend my gratitude to Lexi, who always helps me manage my hectic schedule. As an international architect, my calendar can be quite chaotic. I would also like to highlight Courtney, NP, who is truly amazing. She combines technical excellence with such a warm and kind personality, making every step of the procedure feel safe and comfortable. Her professionalism and gentle approach are remarkable, and she represents perfectly the high standards of the Perk team. To the entire team: you are the best! I would love to see you expand to a clinic in Lake Como! That would be amazing! ✨

Courtney is one of the most knowledgeable aesthetic providers I have been treated by. You can tell this is her passion because she very much takes the time to educate herself and her patients deeply on the treatments provided at Perk, and what/why she recommends it. You never feel “sold” here. 10/10 service, experience, and results at this clinic! Highly recommend!

If you are looking for any kind of surgical (or non-surgical) facial and/or neck improvement, stop your search now and go have a consultation with the OUTSTANDING Dr. Michelle Lee of PERK Plastic Surgery. She is spectacular. What makes Dr. Lee so fantastic is that she has an artist’s eye for beauty, exceptional technical skill, and a truly sincere desire to deliver the best result to each and every patient — and *that* is an unbeatable combination of qualities in a cosmetic surgeon. (Did you see that Dr. Lee is also an accomplished concert pianist? That right there speaks volumes about her precision and about the high standard that she sets for herself in accomplishing greatness.) For me, as a 64-year-old male, my neck was really in need of some attention, and I am *thrilled* with the result that Dr. Lee achieved. She turned back the clock with a completely natural result that I now love looking at in the mirror each day. In addition, not only is Dr. Lee an absolute delight to be around (I totally adore her), but she patiently answered every single question that I had — and I had a lot! So I felt safe and supported all throughout the process — including being able to come into the office and meet with her numerous times both before and after the procedure in order to plan the approach and to assess the outcome. All along the way, therefore, I confidently knew that I was in the very best hands, and that is extremely comforting and reassuring when you do something like this.
