Dr Eichhorn is great! I highly recommend him. He fixed my middle trigger finger and removed a very painful cyst. He is friendly, straightforward and very easy to be comfortable with as he slices your hand open. :) I'll be seeing him for anything to do with my hands forever!

Dr. Mitchell Eichhorn was the most dismissive and unprofessional physician I’ve ever encountered. He misdiagnosed me, refused to listen when I explained he was treating the wrong finger, and failed to document my actual injury or its location. When I pointed out these errors, he refused to correct them. He ignored visible signs of another condition, gave a steroid shot in the wrong location, and left the actual problem untreated and undocumented for over a year. Then, weeks after I’d already left his care, I received a letter from him “terminating” me as a patient — trying to frame it as a mutual parting rather than acknowledging his negligence. The arrogance and gaslighting were unbelievable. Furthermore, there are no after-visit summaries, no transparency, and no accountability. I have documentation to support every word of this review. Ascension Providence should seriously re-evaluate this clinic’s standards of care.

Greatness all around. The office staff communicated extremely well and promptly. Very little waiting for returned calls or insurance approval information. They're also very friendly and helpful, truly a lost art in medical care in Waco. Dr. Eichorn was very nice and extremely intelligent. He gave me a very detailed explanation of the issue with my hand, one that other doctors over the last few years haven't. He discussed several treatment options and the pros/cons of each solution. This was by far my best experience with a provider in Waco, or in Dallas for that matter. It's nice that this city has this talent at their disposal.
