Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff … Dr Fechner made me feel very comfortable before my procedure, explaining everything that he was going to be doing and personally calls you the night before to check with you to see if you have any last minute question and follows up with you after the procedure…His nurse in the office is amazing as is his staff in his O.R. ..Everyone makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable they all goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at ease…My Spa treatment was also amazing! Andrea was very personable, sweet and answered all my question …She help me put together a good skincare routine to help me promote my healing…I also can’t forget about the front office staff they are very welcoming and pleasant…I highly recommend this office if your looking to look more youthful….Lisa

Two weeks ago I received disport from nurse injector Brie. We discussed the focus was lifting the brow and crows feet. My forehead has a small surface area and wrinkles were not an issue. Fast forward two weeks later my lids are dropping and left eye twitching. I had to lift my brow just to apply mascara. I request a follow up appointment. During the follow up Brie basically said ya there no movement in your forehead and there no way to fix it. She denied the twitching was from the disport which is ridiculous since the very process of botox ect.. is manipulation of the muscles. Have complaints of headaches and she smirked and said ya that’s why I don’t like disport. She took no responsibility for her clear negligence in this procedure. Smirk rudely and basically told I just have to wait a few months for it to wear off. She is arrogant and rude. I will live with the headache and droppy lids for few months not the end of the world but certainly not what I wanted. I do not recommend Brie for any of your injections!

Before I met with Dr. Fechner for my procedure, I was very wowed by the staff talking to them on the phone. Very friendly and undivided attention. I was very pleased and came for the procedure. Dr. Fechner is the best and above the rest on cosmetic procedures!

Dr. Fechner and his staff were so friendly and welcoming. I was very happy with my results, and would recommend this place to anyone. He called the night before my procedure to see if I felt ready/in a good head space which I felt was very personable.

I had an appointment with Dr. Ng-Glazier today. I found her very cold and uncaring. She basically said this is the surgery take it or leave it. Unwilling in any way to work with me on the insurance. It is very sad that doctors feel they have to push back on their patients because of insurance restraints. Not totally blaming her but her bedside manner could definitely use improvement.
