When I finally made the decision of removing my breast implants I started to looking for the best option, meaning the right place with the right staff and also affordable to my budget, I prayed daily and put hands on work, did multiples virtual appointments and finally found myself connected and comfortable with Dr Nijher, his nurse Arlene and the Ocala Plastic Surgery. I felt that it was the correct place and people and the answer to my prayers. I’m a mother of two and after 10 years of being implanted I took this things out of my body, the results are amazing I felt absolutely awesome since the minute I woke up from anesthesia, Dr Nijher did a absolutely gorgeous work, natural look, as in my twenties (also I have a very good genetic scar process that helps a lot) 100% recommend

Dr Nijer did my brow and eyelid surgery last year. I am so happy with my results. I don’t know why I haven’t posted , just so busy loving my new look!! He is so amazing and so particular to all details. He also did my breast reduction and I was also very very happy with my results. I would recommend Dr Nijer for any plastic surgery. I wound also like to give my sincere thanks to his absolute fabulous staff. Such a great feeling of genuine concern and care for every phone call and question I had. They were always pleasant and caring and never made me feel that I was a nuisance. I would give them 10 stars if I could 😊

I just love Dr Nijher! I had a tummy tuck 18 yrs ago and had a very long and painful experience. Dr Nijher performed an adominoplasty with PRONE. This recovery has been incredible! Just a couple of days after surgery, I was already taking a shower. I was amazed! Plus, Dr Nijher has a wonderful personality and will explain everything in great detail. His staff, I can't say enough about! They are all so very nice and answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend his practice for any plastic surgery needs!
