Dr. Ni-Jui James Liang is a board-certified plastic surgeon at South Bay Plastic Surgeons in Torrance, California. He earned his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and completed a six-year integrated plastic surgery residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center, followed by fellowships in hand microsurgery and aesthetic and cosmetic plastic surgery at The Wall Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. Dr. Liang specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, breast, and body in the South Bay area.
