Exceptional Care from Dr. Fiore and His Team I have been a patient of Dr. Fiore's since 2018 and cannot recommend him and his staff highly enough. As a career computer teacher, I have a long history of hand issues, and Dr. Fiore is one of the best physicians I have ever worked with. Personalized and Thorough Treatment Dr. Fiore truly listens and cares about my pain. He excels at explaining complex medical details at a level I can easily understand. For unusual or complex situations, he is committed to thorough due diligence, including research and discussions with colleagues, and will exhaust all non-surgical options before recommending an operation. Outstanding Surgical Results My first surgery for carpal tunnel on my right hand was a seamless experience. Everything, from the procedure to the healing process, was exactly as Dr. Fiore predicted, allowing me to resume typing by Day 3. In November 2025, I underwent my most invasive surgery yet, addressing my De Quervain’s tenosynovitis and severe pain from my left thumb trigger finger. After exhausting non-surgical treatments (splints, steroid shots, anti-inflammatories), surgery was necessary. During scheduling, I inquired if the pain might be related to carpal tunnel, and after thoughtful discussion, Dr. Fiore agreed to add that procedure. I am incredibly thankful he agreed. Just two months post-operation and after only one physical therapy appointment, my original debilitating pain is completely gone. A Phenomenal Team My deep appreciation extends to the entire team: Dr. Fiore, his office staff, business manager, Caitlin the Physical Therapist, and all the phenomenal employees at Northwest Surgical Center.
