I have been going to him for years. Whomever some of the non-five-star reviews are must have dealt with someone else because he has been, for years, wonderful, his treatments effective, and he has never pushed me to pay for anything extra. His assistant, Jenn, has, also for years, always been a pleasure. My experience is base on- years. I can only assume the 'waste your money' people were a lost cause unrelated to him and blame the world for their own failures. Respond to this with your email and I will gladly prove I am a real patient by emailing you directly (unlike some other posters).

We are beyond grateful for Dr. Nikesh Patel and the incredible care he gave our son. He performed reconstructive plastic surgery on the right side of our son’s face, and the results were nothing short of extraordinary. From our very first consultation, Dr. Patel made us feel at ease—not just because of his expertise, but because of the way he treats his patients and their families: with warmth, kindness, and genuine compassion. Dr. Patel is not only highly skilled and precise in his surgical work, but he’s also incredibly personable and down-to-earth. He took the time to explain every detail of the procedure, answered all of our questions (even the nervous ones), and never once made us feel rushed. His attention to detail, combined with his calm and caring demeanor, made an overwhelming experience feel manageable and even hopeful. What sets Dr. Patel apart is how much he truly cares. He checked in frequently, was available when we needed reassurance, and treated our son with such respect and kindness that it made all the difference in his healing process. He didn’t just restore the physical — he helped restore our confidence and peace of mind. We can’t thank Dr. Patel enough. He is a brilliant surgeon and a wonderful human being. Anyone who has the opportunity to be under his care is in the absolute best hands.

Dr patel did a horrible job! I went in for breast augmentation, as I woke up I new something wasn’t right I went back to him and he said we needed to go back in so I had to pay another couple thousand for the hospital came out and the breast where so uneven they looked horrible when I laid down one implant went into my armpit he blamed me because I workout and called me a freak! I had to go to another plastic surgeon that cost me thousands more! Unfortunately it’s hard to go to court over cosmetic procedures, The new surgeon couldn’t believe how terrible my breast augmentation was he even said it. Don’t waist your money dr patel is only about the money

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Patel. I have been a patient of his for over 5 years. (32/F) He's done very intimate procedures as well as my regular maintenance routine. He's kept me looking & FEELING confident & youthful in multiple parts of my body & face. He's always extremely honest, thorough & upfront about how he plans to approach my treatment. I fall in love with my results every single time. Plus, Jen at the front desk ALWAYS makes time to squeeze me in & welcomes me with a smile. They keep thorough record of every procedure. & even when I start to get a little overzealous on what I want, he never pressures me to do more, he only answers my questions on how to achieve certain results. He is very knowledgeable & honest - always manages my expectations. Yet he knocks it out of the park every time. Dr. Patel is the real deal. He's an artist. The best plastic surgeon out there. I thank New Reflections for literally changing my life, and the years of support and confidence!

Thankfully Dr. Patel was available in the hospital the night of my husband's injury. He performed plastic surgery to repair a gruesome wound successfully. He monitored Bob's progress every step of the way, and we followed his advise to a tee. His office is very accessible and his staff kind professional and considerate. Had our last visit with the Doctor today and all has healed perfectly. Thank you Dr Patel for your hard work and kindness.
