Afyer a botched surgery in TJ, I made a hundred calls desperately looking for advise and direction. Your face is what everyone sees, I paid monies I saved for years, especially after depleting everything in a custody battle, so I didnt even have too much time from work to take off, so someone with patience, precision and compassion was what I prayed for. I found him. Numerous calls to The Practice, and you'd think they would answer with sarcasm or frustration, bit they did not. Finally made my appointment, and I was even more impressed. The way he looked at my botched face, the education on what he would do, and his staff's compassion, and I was immediately convinced this was the surgeon for this procedure. I felt such deep peace, and Dr. Omar 'softhand' Hussain was extremely careful, and I had no bruising (everyone is different), no visible marks, and no pain. Would I entrust and recommend Dr. Hussain? 1000% to my mother, sisters, and all who will ask. I call myself his walking billboard. Love his staff, and his bedside manners. Highly recommend him!!

If it weren’t for the hospitality, gentleness, and welcoming environment of this office, the entire rhinoplasty process could have felt overwhelming. Instead, I felt truly taken care of from start to finish. From my very first visit, everyone in the office made me feel comfortable and at ease. The staff is incredibly kind, accommodating, and attentive. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. Every step of the process was clearly explained to me, which helped ease any nerves I had. On the day of surgery, the emotional support meant more than I can express. I felt supported, reassured, and informed the entire time. After surgery, the care didn’t stop. The nurse practitioner checked in on me, and every follow-up appointment has been met with the same level of compassion and professionalism. The customer service here is truly world-class. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and their outcomes. Dr. Omar Hussain is an absolute professional, and I’m beyond happy with my results. Absolute professionals and extremely dedicated to aftercare follow- ups. Dr. Hussain was careful and deliberate on expectations for my Static Sling procedure which helps correct paralysis from Bells Palsy. His calm and pleasant demeanor convinced me to move forward and get this work done. Still have a way to go with complete recovery but so far, all is good.
