Dr. Combs successfully performed a jaw distraction on my baby girl when she was 18 days old, allowing her to breathe properly. He explained every step of the procedure to my husband and me with exceptional patience and clarity. We are deeply grateful for his care and expertise and will continue working with him as we move forward with repairing our baby’s cleft palate.

Every year we follow up with this team. It’s not very skilled and very basic care. We pay our copay and wait almost 2 hours - even with the first appointment at 8am. This last visit we arrived at 745, checked in first, and was called back third. Apparently a year before the surgeon had requested imaging to be re-read due to a concern they had with my daughter but wasn’t verbalized to us. We found out about this through another professional. It is very disconcerting that this was not communicated to us at the original visit. The lack of communication and ridiculous wait times, as well as terrible traffic at this location makes these yearly check ups unbearable. Last visit we were in a car accident leaving this location and I wish we didn’t have to come here anymore.. The SLP bills for an evaluation each time and asks my daughter to look at like 4 pictures. We get to spend 120 dollars for this. Waste of time and money.

Dr Combs is wonderful!! Dont be fooled by his laid back nature, he is undoubtedly one of the best surgeons in the area. I am lucky that he stumbled upon my case when I was in the hospital and trust me it wasnt an easy case. (Gunshot to the face) He has done an amazing job and I will be forever grateful.

I keep forgetting to write a review, but am remembering now. My son had reconstructive surgery on his ear with Dr. Combs. He’s an amazing surgeon. He explained everything to my husband and me. We were a little nervous just due to my son being so young (around 14 month old I believe at the time). His team worked with our insurance to get authorization for the procedure and were quite prompt. He was understanding that we were nervous and calmed our fears. He is incredibly caring and attentive. His whole team at strictly pediatrics is amazing. I was shocked due to the fact that the surgery center is out patient. I thought it would just be quick with little follow up as most surgery centers are that way out patient. One of the nurses called to follow up with us over the course of several days post op. He’s just amazing!
